What we stand for

• Your records are yours. You can export everything at any time, in a form you can use elsewhere. Deleting your account actually deletes — documents, extracted data, chat history, all of it.
• We help you ask, we don't diagnose. This product exists to help you ask better questions of your practitioner. It never diagnoses, never recommends treatment, and never replaces the person across the desk from you.
• Every statement traces to a source. What we show you comes from your own documents or from published evidence, and we show you which. If we can't point to a source, we don't say it.
• If we can't read something, we say so. A page we couldn't process is flagged, never silently skipped.
• No advertising. No sponsored content, no promoted treatments, no affiliate links. Ever.
• No upselling beyond our own open pricing. We sell one thing: our plans, priced plainly and inclusive of tax, cancellable online. We will never push partner services or third-party products at you.
• Your data is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train AI models.
• Your records are stored and processed in our own private data centre. Your documents are never sent to a third-party AI provider. They sit on hardware we own, not on a big-cloud provider's storage, and the AI that reads them runs on our own machines. They are never sent to OpenAI, Google, or any other outside AI service to be processed. Our data centre is in Australia, under Australian privacy law. Every file is encrypted before it is stored, under a key that belongs to your account alone.
